Leap Eco Solutions, LLC is a Document Management Company providing it's clients with a complete program that will guide and train their clients
while making the transition from a paper filing system to an electronic
filing system. Services that are included in the program are a Needs Assessment, IT Evaluation, Installation of Document Scanning Equipment, Evaluation of Office Space, and Support during and after the transition.

Leap Eco Solutions, LLC builds relationships with clients by providing a free consultation to evaluate their document management system and optimizing their document management system and optimizing their work space. This assessment will yield recommendations that can save money and present opportunities that result from sustainable business practices.

 

The initial discussion will focus on any concerns you may have about privacy issues and your comfort level in regards to eliminating paper files. We'll outline the process of how we work together with you to decide what paper files will be transferred over to electronic files. We'll explain how easily electronic (PDF) documents can be accessed by you or your staff should you need a printed copy.
